All sales are final

Once a purchase is made and downloaded, no refunds will be issued under any circumstance.

Due to the irrevocable, digital nature of the product, all sales are final. Once purchased and accessed, we cannot offer cancellations, returns, or refunds for any reason whatsoever. Please review your purchase, read the description and ask any questions before completing your purchase to ensure is right for you.

Accuracy of Provided information

You are responsible for ensuring all the information you provide at checkout is correct, including your email address.

Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delays or additional charges. you have 24 hours from the moment of placing the order to email me with the correct information.After this period you are required to make a new order.

You will receive a confirmation email to verify your details .If you don not receive this email, please contact me immediately, as this may indicate an incorrect email address.

Exceptions / non-refundable items
Certain types of items cannot be refunded, keep in mid that digital products are exempt from the right of withdraw once they are downloaded or accessed.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds on sale items or gift cards.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being delivered into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or withdraw your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Keep in mind that for digital products, rights are exempt once the customer has downloaded the products or accessed them.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your query, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We have a 14-day withdraw policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a withdraw, however keep in mind that this policy doesn`t apply once the digital product has been downloaded or accessed and the customer has starting using it in the withdrawing period.

Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without contacting me first to resolve an issue will result in immediate blacklisting from future orders. I kindly ask for your cooperation and communication to resolve any concerns directly.
